Returns and Refunds

PERSONALISED ITEMS
Due to the nature of personalised goods, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or not as requested in your order form.  If your item is not as requested, you must get in touch with Rubydo Gifts within 14 days with images of your damaged item or not as described!  We will happily then either issue you with a full refund or post you out the item as requested on your order form.

GENERIC ITEMS
We accept returns for items which are not as described or arrive damaged.
If your item is not as requested, you must get in touch with Rubydo Gifts within 14 days with images of your damaged item or not as described!  We will happily then either issue you with a full refund or post you out the item as requested on your order form.

If you receive the item and decide you do not want it the item, you have 14 days to return the item to Rubydo Gifts.  In this case, the item must be returned in perfect condition & customer must pay for return postage.
